Karen has been involved in real estate since 1981, a Realtor since 2000 and a top performer since 2003. She has a variety of accreditations and accomplishments to her name:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, with a specialty in Mediation
- Certificate in Counseling Psychology
- Certificate in Conflict Resolution
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Karen was a professional mediator and negotiator and taught courses in Conflict Resolution and Communication at the Justice Institute of British Columbia in Canada for 16 years. She was also a Project Coordinator for a housing developer in Vancouver, BC, Canada for 14 years.
Karen has been immersed in real estate for years as an investor, remodeler, and homeowner of various properties. She loves what she does, and she brings her background in communications and negotiation to her real estate clients, helping you by being able to help you negotiate the best purchase or sale.
